Funds neededWe need to put forward a bid of R450 000 for the

land.R200 000 is already secured.We need an additional R50 000 for associated

costs.Therefore a shortfall of R300 000 is required.We have until 16h00 Monday 26 April to raise the

capital required.

Funding proposal Families and friends of Lanner House School are asked to

purchase shares in the land – share value of R10 000 / $1340

By doing so they become share holders in the property and stand to gain as the land gains value.

The school will stand as a silent share holder in the property association.

Share holders will appoint a management team from among themselves to manage the development of the property.

Share holders will be able to sell their shares to fellow-investors, potential investors and to the school.

A fantastic opportunity… The school has never had such a great opportunity to begin
