Triangle Park A landmark of chagrin

The gazebo is popular in triangle park. It was built in 1877, before there was a fountain in it’s place. It has 1877 on the side so people know when it was built. It has a lot of cool material. And it is one of the many old parts chagrin still has.

Triangle park has a lot of events like, bands, the lighting ceremony and weddings. The gazebo gets dressed up for christmas and the 4th of July. It has Lots of people go there in the summer! (mostly to eat ice cream) Triangle park is located on main street.

Did you know that a sculpture of a cat is in triangle park?There is a time capsule there, made in 1983 and is supposed to be opened in 50 years thats 2033! That hole that's covered up is actually where the christmas tree goes it is about 7 feet deep. And a old water pump is in triangle park to. World War 1 is honored with a wall with names of people of Chagrin.

When was it founded?Triangle park was founded in 1873, when

they first purchased it there was a fountain where the gazebo was and less trees. This was after the carriage works.
