Wikipedia is an encyclopedia. Wikipedia has a neutral point of view. Wikipedia is free content that anyone can edit and distribute. Wikipedians should interact in a respectful and civil manner. Wikipedia does not have firm rules besides the five general

Cyber-community is a community based on a particular form of

communication (Internet) with a common rules, the breach of which may cause restriction of member rights or elimination from the group

used to shape the relations among the non-citizens

based on two pilars:

o mutual trust (fides)

o equity (aeguitas)
