To provide continuous medical education in the field of HIV/AIDS for doctors following SCART, it has been set up a discussion forum on a medical web site (http://telemedicine.itg.be), supporting and guiding medical decision making and management of difficult clinical cases

eSCART

• As a result of limitation in ITMA training capacity  (time and space) and lack of scholarships only 45  physicians can be admitted to the SCART training  every year and therefore many applications have to 

be refused• eSCART: the distance learning course content is 

structured into 17 different topics, elaborated into  the contest of a problem based approach

• Each topic is divided into three levels of difficulty:  basic knowledge, medium, and advanced‐continuous 

medical education (CME)
