Juan Valdez® follows a plan based not only in the knowledge of their products, but the development of competitions and skills. It is important the process from the land work, up to the physical store.

An investigation was done emphasize in the service of the physical store. We found that employees need to understand the client and offer better manners and efficiency to serve any product of the store.
