+Breakfast:

The typical Japanese breakfast usually has got rice (the most important food for Japanese people) and other food as soup or grilled fish.

Japanese people do the same than english people. They eat a lot for breakfast but they don’t eat a lot of food for lunch.

+Lunch:

Box lunches are very popular in Japan. People take them to work, to school ,on picnics,…

Inside box lunches people put rice balls and other food as vegetables, meat, fish and eggs.

Box lunches appeared when people went to their job and they took their lunch to eat there.

+Dinner:

They normally have one main dish, meat or fish with rice, miso soup and some small dishes, as salad, pickles ,etc.

They eat very similar food for breakfast.

+Japanese Recipe Tuna and avocado sushi

ingredients:

6 sheets of nori alga

3 cups of rice

200 grams of tuna

6 stalks of onion

100 grams of tobiko

1 little cucumber

1 avocado

+Preparation:

1. Boil the rice to the adequate texture.

2. Cut the avocado in two, removing the bone and peel.

3. Cut the avocado in strips.

4. Cut the cucumber in strips.

5. Wash the onions and separate their stalks. Cut them very thin.

6 . Use a very thin knife, cut the tuna in sheets of 2 or 3 mil.limetres of thickness.

7. Cut each of the slices of tuna to have a half inch wide.

8. Roll the sushi using the cucumber, avocado, onion and tuna as filling.
