YTMLs decisions are neither centralized nor decentralized; it is in the transition state. In our view YTML is dealing with fast pace market. The employees should be responsive to deal with this type of market, where the customer is telling his all needs.

The YTML Managers function is to plan and direct all phases of organization operation in order to achieve maximum sales and profitability, also how to hire, train and keep employees for several functions of the organization.

MANAGERS:The managers are General Managers and operation Managers

are responsible for the overall operation of the organization. Typically there are four layers of management in YTML, including senior manager, management trainees and assistant managers and managers of specialty departments.
