Is there a need to reform our current tax laws in order to help the arts in GA?

Remember, currently the government can only spend one whole penny of the

tax revenue on a cause. If passed, House Bill 1049 would allow the government to spend parts of the penny in hopes that

more areas can be covered.

FYI, I did not break up a real penny on the previous slide because it is illegal to deface government money.
