  • The Internet was built around as from a 1969; though in fact,the Web as people understand it now, starts in 1994 , with the existence of webbrowsers , of theworld wide web

  • Technology is just aTOOL . In the hands ofteachers and learners, the main elements in any classroom , new technologies can be powerful transformers and help empower learners But they wont miraculously transform classes in which students are not learning into learning paradises, or make weak voices leaders of the world
