• Course– Essential F2F v10 (5-day)– Teach Essential Online (3-day F2F & 4-6 weeks online)
• Train-the-trainer model (1 MF trains 15 PTs)
• Community of practice model (champion teachers help other teachers)
• Possible course: run 9 MF sessions in 2-year timeframe, once in a quarter, first few sessions will be for high potential teachers
