Primer trimestre (6/marzo – 6/junio) Verb “to be” (Affirmative, negative and interrogative form) Verb “Have got/has got” (Affirmative, negative and interrogative form) Verb “Can” (Affirmative, negative and interrogative form) Possessive Case: “s”. Possessive adjectives. Whose. . .? There is. There are. Personal information: Name, Age, Nationality, Job, Address, interests. Cardinal numbers: 1 – 1000. Present continuous tense (Affirmative, interrogative and negative form) Question words: Who, What, Where, When, Why, How, How much, How many, How old, etc. Countable and uncountable nouns. Adjectives. What . . . like ? Adverbs of time.

Segundo trimestre (9/junio – 12/septiembre) Future “going to” (Affirmative, negative and interrogative form) Simple Present Tense, habitual actions (Affirmative, negative and interrogative form) Frequency Adverbs. Wh words + simple present: Who, What, Where, How often, How long, How many, How much, etc. The time. What time…? When…? The days of the week. The months of the year. The seasons of the year. The weather. Daily activities. House and buildings. Technology. Brief narratives. Tercer trimestre (15/septiembre – 5/diciembre) Simple Present Tense (consolidation). Simple Past: Verb “to be” (was/were). There was/ were. (Affirmative, interrogative and negative form) Wh words + was/were: what... like?, What, Where, How, When, Who, How many, Why, What time, etc. Adverbs of time (Past reference). Biographies. People and society. Optional: Comparative and superlative adjectives and adverbs.

EVALUACIÓN

A lo largo del ciclo lectivo 2014:

Se evaluarán resultados y procesos.

Se tomarán como mínimo 2 notas por trimestre, cuyo promedio deberá ser igual o mayor a 6 (seis) para aprobar cada trimestre. Cada docente diseñará los instrumentos de evaluación que considere apropiados para generar esas 2 notas, o la cantidad de notas adicionales que crea pertinente.

La evaluación de proceso será constante por medio de la observación y monitoreo docente.

Se evaluara el área psicosocial: participación en clase, relación con los compañeros, el interés y responsabilidad para con la materia (asistencia, cumplimiento con las tareas, carpeta completa y prolija); así como el comportamiento en clase.

El alumno regular promocionará la materia si el promedio de los 3 trimestres es igual o mayor a 6 (seis) puntos. Si el promedio del 3er trimestre es menos a 6 (seis) puntos, el alumno deberá continuar su aprendizaje en el “Período de apoyo y acompañamiento” que se extenderá del 9 de diciembre 2014 hasta el último día hábil anterior al comienzo del ciclo lectivo 2015. Si en ese período el alumno no llegara a cumplir con los objetivos del programa, quedará en condición de alumno libre. EXAMENES LIBRES/PREVIAS/EQUIVALENCIAS

El examen para alumnos libres/previos/equivalencias consta de dos instancias: un examen escrito y otro oral. El promedio de ambas calificaciones deberá ser como mínimo de 6 (seis) puntos para lograr la aprobación.

Criterios de evaluación:

Comprender variedad de textos simples y breves. Reconocer y utilizar correctamente los distintos tiempos verbales del programa. Formular y responder correctamente preguntas personales en forma oral y escrita. Producir mensajes sencillos orales y escritos según los contenidos aprendidos.
