Our commercial building is based on sports center called CF Sports, named after two clients, Chau Xet Nee, and me. A 5 storey building including 1 floor of basement parking. Our sport center is a one stop place for people that are into sports and fitness. Where people can work out, relax and even spend time with their family in one of our main attraction drop off pool. They can also find all types of sports accessories, from diving accessories to football, just about anything. We offer different types of fitness class including yoga, zumba and aerobic. What is best about our sport center is, it opens 24hours per day!

We chose this site because of its accessability. The site is centred by housing, commercial, religious and tourism area where people always go.

3BENEFITS

Easy accessibility to the site location.

2 minutes away from the town by car.

Nearby housing area, people from this area

can easily go to the location at anytime they

want.

I was told that no traffic jam is ever

happened in this location, therefore people

will not get worried of the traffic to go here.

Only 5 minutes away from religious areas

such as Mosque, Chinese temple and Church

by road transport.

24 hours open; sometimes people would just

feel like having their workout in a quiet

condition or while not everyone is around.

4

Lack of parking area; only consist of 1 floor

basement parking and no extra space around

that area as it was fully covered by forest. If

there were too many customers, they would

be having trouble on the parking.

The road to access the location was not well

maintained.

DETAILS

The Drop off Swimming PoolOne of the main attractions of the building, known as “The Drop Off” because of the visual effect of water extending to the horizon, vanishing, or extending to "infinity." It is use to describe perimeter overflow pools. This only applies in adult’s swimming pool with a height of 2 to 4.5 meters high. This is why it is strictly for adults only.

The JacuzziWith a height of 1 meter and warm or sometimes hot water with massage of a Jacuzzi help people to relax and have a spa with an outdoor view. The kid’s swimming pool

7

With only a height of 0.5 to 0.8 meters high even babies are allowed to swim in (but of course with guards or safety).

The Sauna

8

Besides, Jacuzzi, they’ll somehow need sauna! With a relaxation piano rhymes music played when in used.

Doing this project is a lot tougher than I thought. I had never experience on doing a proposal but this can help to improve better and also helps me to understand more on how proposal report should include.
