Started in 1984-85 as a not-for-profit society. 2009-10 was the

Silver Jubilee Year.

Launched the certification program for financial analysts in 1985.

Now there are over 7,000 CFAs in India.

Launched the IBS - a Business School network in 1995. Now there

are over 50,000 alumni.

Sponsored Universities in several states in India.

Administers a liberal merit scholarship scheme in all universities/

colleges helping over 25% of the students.

Established over 20 schools to provide free education for children

in slum / low-income areas at Hyderabad, Kolkata, Bangalore,

Agartala and Aizawl.

The Icfai University Press (IUP) publishes over 300 management

case studies every year; professional monthly magazines and

quarterly research journals in various fields of management,

finance, science and technology, law, economics and liberal arts.
