PLAYING CATCH WITH A FRISBEE

I like to play catch with all different kinds of balls

But my favorite toy for playing catch isn’t even

a ball…

IT’S A FRISBEE!!!

Frisbees are fun to play with at the park or at

my playground

Because there’s a whole bunch of space to throw as far as I want

To play catch, all I need is a Frisbee and a good buddy

But throwing a Frisbee isn’t the same as throwing any old ball:

First, I have to make an Upper-case “L” with my coloring hand

Then I put my thumb on the side with the picture,

My three closed fingers on the side that doesn’t have the picture,

And I keep my pointer finger along the side of the Frisbee

I keep my feet shoulder length apart, and stand sideways from my friend

Then I just pull back…AND THROW!!!

A lot of times the Frisbee doesn’t go where I want it to go

And sometimes that makes me sad…

But I know if I keep practicing I’ll get even better!
