How do I send reminders to the whole class?
1) Goto your dashboard
2) Click the ‘To’ field under ‘Create a Reminder’ and type the name of the class and select
The ones in yellow are classes
You can also select directly
with your cursor
3) Click the ‘To’ field again to select multiple classes
4) Click on the date picker to schedule your reminder Select the date and the time when you wish the message to be delivered
To send the message right now click here
5) Click on the ‘+’ icon below the datepicker to schedule more reminders
6) Click on ‘Create’
7) An entry is created in your task board The message will now be sent at the times specified by you
