advantage of the freedoms and responsibilitiesprovided by the new
Localism Act, a new frame work isneeded for the county within which
all can operate.This half-day conference launches a nine month
programme to define what living, working or visitingHerefordshire
could be like in 2020. Delegates will seek to identify some of the
blockages and restraints that need to be removed to enable a vision
