bowl wooden stick small cup medium cup cornstarch water ruler marker

Directions:

1) Make a mark 6cm high on the medium cup. Scoop cornstarch to fill the cup to the mark.2) Make a mart 4cm high small cup. Fill cup with water to the mark.3) Pour cornstarch into the bowl.4) Slowly add in water- do not over stir the mixture5) At this point you need to wait for Partner set B6) Each person in your group should pick up a pinch of the oobleck7) What happens when you squeeze the substance?8) Put the wooden stick in the substance slowly- What happens?9) Pull the wooden stick out quickly- What happens?10) Briefly discuss with the members you observations

white glue Borox water wooden stick 3 small cups food coloring ruler marker

Directions

1) Fill one small cup about 1/2 with water. Add 1 level spoon of Borox. Mix together and set aside.2) Make a mark 2.5 cm on a small cup. Fill the cup to the mark with white glue.3) In the third small cup, fill it 1/4 with water. Add the water to the cup with the glue and mix with the wooden

stick.4) See teacher to add food coloring to mixture5) Add the Borox solution to the mixture. Stir it with the wooden stick.6) After slime forms, let it sit for about 30 seconds.7) Now pull it out of the cup and share with the group
