1) After successful login, click on “Compose” menu to begin compose message.
2) Next, click on “Select Recipients” to select your targeted recipients.
3) To send an SMS to a class of students, click on “allparents” dropdown box to select your intended classes.
4) Once you have selected the class, click on “Add group” (1) . The selected group will appear on the box on the top (2).

5) You may wish to select as many classes as you wish. To delete a group from the box, simply delete the class
from the box given.

6) You may also wish to send SMS to targeted student’s parent. To do so, simply do the following:a) Type the name of the student,b) Click on “Search”. c) Check the box corresponds to the student, and click on “Add Contacts”. You may wish to add as many
students as you wish.

7) After you have finalized the group or individual selection, click on “Continue”.
8) Type the content of SMS message in the given box below.
9) You can also schedule the time and date if you wish fix a time/date for the SMS.
To do so, simply
a) Check on the “Schedule check box”,
b) Click on “Calendar Icon,
c) Select the date you wish to schedule the message.
d) Select the timing from the drop down list you wish to schedule the message.

10) After you have done with the message, you can click on “Send” to send the message to your targeted recipients.
