IT – We are members of Climate Savers and adhere to their protocol for energy saving practices and standardsElectronic Storage – scanned documents are filed electronically, our company SharePoint site encourages reduced paper usePrinting Policy – wide margins, double sided printing and fast draft setting are standardRecycling – All materials that can be recycled in the valley are recycledTransportation – Loaner Prius and carpooling is encouraged
PURCHASING PROTOCOL
Office Supplies – Reuse and conservation are encouraged, finding the “greenest products” available is requiredRenovation Purchases – each purchase was thoroughly researched to be the greenest product available including our purchase of office furniture that is Cradle-to-Cradle CertifiedCompany Fleet – Project Managers drive hybrid vehicles and all equipment compatible for biodiesel use a 10% mix
