Indicated GHS should be available by 2000
Implementation Plan, 2002 World Summit on Sustainable Development (WSSD)Encouraged countries to implement the GHS as soon as possible with a view to having the system fully operational by 2008.
Resolution No.25, 2011 United Nations Economic and Social Council Indicated the secretariat of Committee of Experts on GHS should invite governments which had not fulfilled their UN obligations under GHS to implement the GHS as soon as possible.
