GETTING STARTED WITH ZOHO SHARE

STEP 1

Go to: https://share.zoho.com/homepage

Creating Account

STEP 2

Click ‘Sign Up’ if you do not have

Zoho Share account.

Or, you can sign in using these accounts.

Then, click the ’Sign Up Now’

button.

To create an account, fill in the

required information.

Updating Your AreaSTEP 3

Click ‘Add Photo’ to

change your photo

profile.

Insert your display name.

Change your screen name to get your

own URL address.

Once you logged in, you need to accept the

terms and conditions of Zoho Share. Then you go

to ‘My Area’ tab.

Uploading FilesSTEP 4

At your Zoho share page, go to the ‘Upload’

tab.

Then, click ‘Choose File’ to select the file you want to upload

in Zoho share. Then click the

‘Upload’ button.

Searching Documents/PeopleSTEP 5

At your Zoho page, you can search

either ‘Content’ or ‘People’.

Type your keyword

here.

Here are the examples of

content using ‘web 2.0’.

You can bookmark this content using

these applications.

You are allowed to rate

the content.
