INTRODUCTION
Our research is about evaluating the differences in gender performance in a university.
Academic performance is affected by a host of factors.
The researchers state that females tend to work more conscientiously and have a stronger work ethics than males.
Investigating academic performance of university level, the female students perform better than males.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Population:
The population is consists of Fast National University students .
Sample:-
The sample size which we have taken is the 30 students of the universities (FAST-NU,), which consists both gender male and female.
Research Instrument:-
we used questionnaire among students to evaluate our research.
Statistical Tool:
SPSS and Excel

Time spend on studies daily is less of males as compared to females
No difference in study preparation technique
self evaluation resulted in males considering themselves average whereas females considering themselves above average
Different preferences of fields of interest
Bias in question of life after graduation
Family background, income level and other social factors shaping and individual's personality
CONCLUSION
Gender differentiate each other in terms of:
ethical and behavioral approaches to their academic pursuits,
social environment
A clash between cultures and IQ level of students
