INGREDIENTSo For 6 persons o 1 KG of red tomatoes o 1-2 clove of garlic o 1 green pepper o 1 cucumber o 30 ml of vinegar o A tsp of salt o 8-10 ice cubes o 75 ml of olive oil o 200 ml of cold water 3. UTENSILS l Glass A spoon A beater A bowl A knife A board 4. HOW TO COOK 5. FIRST First wash the vegetables. Then, peel and chop them. 6. SECOND Now put the vegetables , vinegar ,ice and salt into the beater and mix 7. THIRD Add olive oil 8. FOURTH Add cold water 9. FIFTH Serve very cold 10. FINALLY BON APPETIT 11. COUNTRIES
