23.9 percent of the population (169,188 in 2011-12) within FISD are students in our schools. We are currently about 69 percent built out (meaning under development, in parks, or planned for development). Of the remaining 31 percent of available land, almost half is owned by three major land owners. If factors remain constant, the outside demographers project enrollment at build out will be between about 71- and 86,000 students
