A suburb of southeast Detroit

12 elementary schools, 4 middle schools, and 4 high schools

Most schools are located within subdivisions and have considerable support from the community and parents

A city with one of the largest immigrant populations in the state

An upper – middle class socioeconomic population

Over 76 languages spoken

25% of our elementary students are ACTIVE ELD students
