• You need knights to defend your manor, and you must attract them by offering them payment and a place to live. (knights offer your services)(knights offer your services)

• You may offer a knight as many food tokens as you wish, but remember to keep some for yourself.

First you earn 2 more food token/land for your manor.

Second - 1 more food token and a serf dies

Third – a knight and serf both dies

Fourth – you are completely taken over and all of you die

and asks for the lords to pay them back for their generosity. They ask for food from each lord (since the lord lives on the kings land – lords you may need to take more food from the serfs)

• The king also demands 1 knights from each manor
