On this form you should give examples from your work against each of the specific statements below, which are based on the Engineering Council Standard for Professional Engineering Competence (UK-SPEC). Further detailed guidance can be found in UK-SPEC, should you need it.

The assessors will be looking for one or two clearly written examples from your work. Maximum word counts are specified in the boxes on the application form
