CONCEPT
-Peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary multimedia e-journal in the field of TV studies -Showcases creative use of digitized TV material in scholarly and cultural work-Stimulates discussion between audiovisual heritage institutions and a broader community of television experts and amateurs

Writing non-linear narratives: the readers are “viewers” too: they read & watch on screen. The screen is the basic visual frame for the presentation of e-journal
„Golden rules“ for online writing:
Always provide a stimulating headline The main statement / argument has to be presented first Writing in chunks / separate paragraphs that contain one clear message / idea Use an active style (based on verbs, not nouns); always write in present time, not past Think of html-environment as a multi-media narrative platform: photographs / audiovisual sources are no “illustrations” but driving parts of story! Engage with the reader by confronting him with questions, strong statements, and by offering alternative views (by links)
