However, we have been disqualified and the tender has been rejected.

This presentation is to analyse the mistakes we made and the improvement we can have in the future, to prevent from repeating the same mistakes.

1. Poor Preparation• Didn’t get a clear picture of what we should do.

2. Lack of Communication • Workflow wasn’t at it’s optimum level as not

everyone is on the same page.
