Unit 3 Software
Software is collection of instructions that enable the user to interact with a computer or have it perform specific task for them. Software is often divided into three categories are Systems software, Applications software and Malicious software.

It used primarily for creating documents such as letters, brochures, learning activities, tests, quizzes and students' homework assignments. Microsoft Word is the most popular word processing program – and justifiably. It is easy to use and allows you to create all different types of documents. The file .doc/.docx format.

Unit 3 Software Rich text Format (RTF)
A file format that lets you exchange text file between different word processors in different operating systems. For example, you can create a file using Microsoft Word in Windows 98, save it as an RTF file (File extension is RTF), and send it to someone who uses WordPerfect 6.0 on Windows 3.1 and they will be able to open the file and read it. (In some cases, the RTF capability may be built into the word processor. In others, a separate reader or writer may be required.)
Unit 3 Software Yes/No Question
A yes–no question, formally known as a polar question, is a question whose expected answer is either “yes” or “no”. Formally, they present an exclusive disjunction, a pair of alternatives of which only one is acceptable.
Unit 3 Software Question Tag
Question tag is checking that interlocutor accept with speaker or not. Generally, answering are “Yes” or “No” from asking for both types.
Asking for Question tag structure: Positive sentence, auxiliary verb + not + subject? Negative sentence, auxiliary verb+ subject? For examples:
