It shows the organisations pinoeership in both the change in the operating environment and in answering customer needs. 7. The Quality Innovation Award 2008 Library 10, open and urban space for meeting people, creating and performing culture The jurys grounds for granting the Quality innovation Award 2008: Located in the city centre, Library 10 encourages customers to consume culture, and in addition, create it, by offering versatile facilities and equipment. In Library 10 theyve noticed that the world is changing and theyve risen to this challenge with modern means and accomplished very good results. Thanks to this new operational model there are many new persons using the library, who have never patronized there before. 8.
