2. OBJECTIVE

The goal of this study is to synthesize the characteristics of elements of a knowledge management system in a cloud

computing environment for professional experience teacher training.

3. METHODOLOGY

The methodology used in this paper is analyze and synthesize :

1) identification of source-related studies.

2) classification of data corresponding to related theory in

order to recording, review and summarize important content for grouping with regard to the main idea of this study.

3) analysis and synthesis of data in order to impose the elements of system.

Knowledge sharing consists of knowledge resulting from work experience individual for others to apply.

Knowledge transfer consists of tools for distributions knowledge and

experience to interested personal such as problem solving by teamwork or individual.

The transfer of knowledge is also transfer of new methods, suggestions , new approaches, and new different perspectives

Knowledge transfer from person to person or from one to the others via knowledge management system.

Knowledge exchange consists of information and communication

technology (ICT) which is a tool for support discussion such as

webboard, instant messenger and social media platforms for exchange

ideas or concepts from member in group and enhance to collaborate with colleagues and others.

5. CONCLUSION

Elements of a knowledge management system in a cloud

computing environment for professional experience teacher

training include three elements:

1) knowledge sharing.

2) knowledge transfer.

3) knowledge exchange.

Elements of system can be applied to learning process with

technology age for education and enhance professional

experience teacher training ’s activities such as writing report, data search and publish documents.
