T he EIC Group is a private or-ganization focused on the Chinese education market with significant expertise in

student recruitment. EIC has grown into the largest and leading com-pany nationally with a network of 20 branch offices across China in all leading regional markets. The EIC Group is now the industry leader, with a significant market share, a robust fully-owned national office network and the best attended events and exhibitions of any agen-cy in China. In recognition of our national industry leading position and seeking a stronger national

and global profile, we moved our national headquarters to Beijing in 2010.

With 25 years of experience in student recruitment and a na-tional office network reaching deep into each regional market, the EIC Group has the resources to bring our partners brands directly to the hundreds of thousands of students who attend our events, our offices or who encounter our extensive online presence.

Beyond student recruitment, the EIC Group aims to be a full international education solutions provider. In July 2003, we launched

our Training Center network deliv-ering English language and exam preparation training for Chinese students looking to study abroad. The successful outcomes of our students who are better prepared for the rigors and challenges of aca-demic study abroad are obvious. In 2010, 25,000 students undertook English language and exam prepa-ration training with EIC Training. We have also expanded into other foreign language and academic preparation training with courses in French, German, Korean and Japanese.

The best interest, welfare and academic success of our students are para-mount and we provide extensive pre-departure and post-arrival services. We work closely with our student clients and their parents and liaise closely with our partner institutions on issues of concern. Our dedicated Student Services Department maintains on-going

contact with students during their time abroad.

Our philosophy towards our in-stitutional partners is unique in the industry. The EIC Group focuses on highlighting our partners’ brands and bringing accurate, timely in-formation sourced directly from our extensive stock of partner ma-terials direct to students. We care about the integrity and enhance-ment of our partners brands and deploy those brands only within the guidelines provided by our partners. We provide platforms on-line and in print for our partners to showcase their institutions, facili-

ties, academic programs and stu-dent success.

Moving forward, with our new Partner Services division, we will provide our partners even great-er opportunities to control their brands in the competitive Chinese marketplace through in-country Dedicated Representatives, Me-dia Services, Print Communica-tions and Distribution and other services. With a very high degree of autonomy, our Partners will be able to deliver key messages across a range of channels to Chinese students and support and service those students.

Partner services

In country representation.

Our events are the best in the in-dustry and partners book early to avoid disappointment as they are frequently booked out up to 4 months in advance. The EIC Group invests heavily in attracting inter-ested students to our three rounds of Education Exhibitions usually held in March, July and October.

Our events give our partner institutions the opportunity and platform to communicate directly with students, providing advice,

counseling, course and admissions requirement information. Students and partners alike value and enjoy the experience and the opportunity to discuss individual student’s inter-ests and study plans.

Since 2005, we have held 10 cycles of Education Exhibitions in total attracting over 300,000 inter-ested students. 2010 was our best year ever with almost 100,000 stu-dents attending our national Educa-tion exhibitions and events.

F or EIC, partnership is much more than agency represen-tation. Our Partners have a range of objectives for the

PR China market well beyond agen-cy representation. In 2011, the EIC Group launched a new, independ-ent business unit to deliver a suite of services to our Partners.

Though in country representa-tion, with dedicated staff, partners can provide support to applicants, channels, alumni, staff travelling in country and Chinese higher edu-cation institutions efficiently and directly.
