Reasons to implement AQRO®

There are many reasons to implement AQRO®

• Workers feel stressed by – many different things they have to do at the same time (they are doing

daily business and have to work on a project task and are responsible for a process etc.)

– Everybody has unplanned interruptions (in average about 27 per day) and lose 10 to 20 minutes

– Nobody is able to do multitasking– With every interruption quality drops down– There is no connection to time

management or stress management seminars because they are not useful (we have to solve the problems together with the whole team)

There are many reasons to implement AQRO®

• Managers do not have transparency– By having many different roles at the same time, it is not possible to do

work as planned and to get transparency (who is doing what at which time, when will the work be finished etc.)

– Some roles are never done (documentation, reporting etc.)– Managers do not have the overview and cannot decide, whether they

can do this new project in February or not (with AQRO® they know, who will be available or not)

– Doing projects with the involvement of many departments, resource management often is not projectable because nobody knows which team member will have which roles etc.

– Overall human resource management in many companies is not possible

• Managers have to manage different people– Virtual teams have to work together much better than today to get „time

to market“ quicker and to protect market position.

– Colleagues coming from different cultures have to work together and have to communicate with each other. By using communication rules and clear roles AQRO® ensures the way they have to do things together without knowing much about the culture, religion etc. of the colleagues.

– Managers become transparency about the team members and what they are doing. This makes managing virtual teams much more easier and successful than before.

• Project Managers have to manage people from the line organization – Often they have the problem that the allocated stuff suddenly

disappears because of a high priority of tasks in the department. Project work cannot be done, projects are delayed, time to market is too slow

– It is a very useful add on to methods as SCRUM, Prince2 etc.

companies to become successful. – It is not only a technical challenge, but colleagues coming from different

cultures have to work together and have to communicate with each other. By using communication rules and clear roles AQRO® ensures in which way they have to do things together without knowing much about the culture, religion etc. of the colleagues.

– We have to implement new roles to make the digital transformation work and to teach our stuff. With AQRO we know who can be nurtured to which role and when

– AQRO® can be implemented in organizations which do not use processes and methods

– AQRO® can be used to implement combinations of different methods like PRINCE2 and SCRUM, ITIL and COBIT etc.
