Specific objectivesDevelop and implement the National Qualifications Framework
for Higher Education – NQFHE and align it to existing instruments on the education and labour market;
Develop and implement the National Qualifications Register for Higher Education, a national database and a portal open to the public on-line consultation: www.rncis.ro;
Develop a labour market survey on qualifications demanded by the Romanian labour market and matching the universities provision with this demand;
