Course DescriptionThis course provides an overview of using digital media,
e-commerce, and social media to create an optimal customer experience and facilitate business sales and advertising.
Students examine digital marketing strategies including search marketing, email marketing, interactive communications, and online public relations, and investigate the buying behavior of both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) digital relationships.
