Date a Startup is an educational platform that hacks the ways young people start their career and the way companies act towards millennials.

Date a Startup is built on 3 pillars: an internships platform in startups, a mentorship program for students and bootcamps of organisational culture design and people’s management for startups

The platform is aiming to bring together entrepreneurs who are willing to share their experience and students who are ready to rock start their career.

How Does this Work?Recruit= Part of our strategy is to create a database for both students and companies

Consult= We are listening to their needs, understand what they are looking for and what they can offer in exchange (experience, financial incentives, mentorship, great team & projects, etc)

Match= After having had these discussions, we will do the matching by sending interns to interviews and follow up on the matching process

Follow up= during and after the matching, we are going to constantly be in touch with the startups and interns to see how their collaboration is going and if the goals have been achieved

Carles got his degree in Multimedia. He worked for one year as a front end developer at TV3 and one year at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia as a designer. He was also a design manager and business analyst for 3 years at a an online casino company.
