What is Temperature?
Temperature is a gauge of how thoroughly cooked a cut of meat is based on the color, juiciness and internal temperature when cooked
Cooking Theremometer
A meat thermometer is a unit which will measure core temperature of meats
Foods are properly cooked when they are heated at high temperature to kill harmful bacteria that can cause food-borne illness
It is essential to us to know about the internal temperatures of the foods you are cooking
Why the Rest Time is Important?
