'a combination of approaches, ideas and techniques that will help you manage your

own learning and growth.'

1. Identify the need for CPD

2. Do something about it

3. Reflect! What did you learn? How have you applied what you learnt in real life?

There is not a one size fits all approach to CPD:

• Wherever you are in your career now, and whatever you want to achieve, your CPD should be exactly that: yours.
