It's a program for digital preservation.

digital preservation program
at the University of Connecticut
as well as 30+ other institutions in Connecticut

Data Provider Service
Assets
Participants are data stewards. They retain ownership, control, and responsibility for their assets.
Assets grew by over 46% last year. We began with 28,000 assets in November 2013. Today, we have over 500,000 assets, over 51,000 sharable records, and approximately 5 million digital files that are stored, managed, and preserved.
