Wentworth Running Club The benefits of this program is it provides exercise for people of all ages, a running club can encour- age teenagers to get the right amount of physical activity while having fun with friends. A running club could target a vari- ety of people from all different age groups, Wentworth running group is a widely open group so anyone can join if they are be- tween the age 10 and above, males and females are all included. This program is a good way of pro- moting connectedness because of the involvement it requires to run together as a group on the same track and work together as a team. This running club will be held along the running path which is located on the right side of Went- worth Point, It will begin at 9:00am and end at 10:30am every Saturday morning. Teenage Problem Solving There’s no problem too big if we work together. Interfaith Dialogue group e.g. Christians, Muslims etc. There are many benefits to a group of people from many different cultures coming together to talk about their similarities in their beliefs in faith, in this group the people of Wentworth point could learn about new cultures and it could help give them a better understanding of the differences in cultures around the word. This group would target a smaller group with- in the community since it requires more in depth thoughts, the ages this group would include range from 21 and above. Being a part of this group would benefit you in a way that you could learn about other cultures. Connectedness can play a huge role when it comes to interfaith religions, people would be connecting on many different levels such as physical, emotional and spiritual. This group will commence on a Thursday afternoon start- ing at 6pm, ending at 9:30pm in the Went- worth Community Cen- tre. Being a teenager in modern day society can be tough, that’s why the Wentworth Point Teenage Problem solving group can be a huge benefit for agitated teen- agers looking for help. This group involves teenagers of all ages coming together to talk about their individ- ual struggles and supporting one another. The Went- worth Teenage Problem Solving have a large group of trained professionals that come in to work with the young adults and guide them towards the best way of overcoming the obstacles they are faced with in the modern day. The ages of this group range from 13 – 19 years of age, getting involved with this group would be a ben- eficial choice if you are in need of a helping hand or just want someone to chat too. The sessions are held on a Monday afternoon at 3:50pm so they have time to make it after school ends, then sessions usually go for an hour but that may vary depending on the number of people involved .
