Visit the school website to find outthe type of application and thespecific application requirements.

Almost 100% of the applications willbe done online.

When students first click onSchool Forms, they will needto complete the FERPAWaiver.

On the Invita9on pageapplicants answer a fewbrief ques9ons about theschool official and click onSend Invita9on to no9fythe official of the request.

If the student selectsTeacher, a subject ques9onappears.

SECONDARY SCHOOLREPORTS

Asks for your rank, course rigor, personalqualities, your criminal record, etc.

Most State Schools (UW, Western,WSU, etc.)

Mostly online...might need transcripts,etc.

SEND TEST SCORES

Most colleges prefer that your testscores be sent directly from thetesting agency.

TRANSCRIPTS Make sure transcript is correct. Pick-up an

unofficial transcript from Ms. Roma ASAP

Bring Ms. Roma an envelope that isaddressed to the school, has a stamp, andhas your name on the top left corner

Request if you want test scores included

LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION(If Required)

Pick up personal information sheet in thecounseling office.

Use the outline when requesting teacher andcounselor recommendation

Via email, send your counselor yourpersonal information responses

Personal Essay….Remember Purpose of your essay is to let them

know who you are, information beyond allthat is in the rest of the application. Becreative and don’t try to outsmart yourreader!

DEADLINES!!!!!

Make sure to pay close attention tothese!

University of Washington’s deadline isDecember 1st!
