Communication is interactive, personal and social group interaction between the people.

Effective communication is all about conveying your messages to other people clearly and unambiguously.

It is a process that can be fraught with error, with messages muddled by the sender, or misinterpreted by the recipient. When this isn't detected, it can cause tremendous confusion, wasted effort and missed opportunity.

By successfully getting your message across, you convey your thoughts and ideas effectively. When not successful, the thoughts and ideas that you actually send do not necessarily reflect what you think, causing a communications breakdown and creating roadblocks that stand in the way of your goals – both personally and professionally. The circle of communication involves the following functions:

We communicate to exchange our thoughts and messages. As the information exchanges among the people they understand the needs of each other and try to fulfill their needs.

Our internal emotions are the guide we use for and values of who we are. When hoping to get another person to see our point of view or to give exception to a particular rule we may attempt to appeal to that person's individual's emotions to influence them into giving us an exception or what we want.
