• Great tool to use to give users step-by-step instructions

so they can view whenever they want as many times as

they want.

• Its an easy way to share PD with others.

• Similar to Zite, but this tool collects your

• One of the most under utilized use of

professional development.

• Search for any anything that you may want to

see if someone has made videos for.

• Ex) Flipped Staff Meetings and examples of

flipped staff meetings

• Find sources of information already created that

you can share with staff, students, and parents

• Not to be forgotten, but educational websites

are one of the most valuable sources of PD.

• Education Week, Discovery Education, and

Read Write Think have areas that focus on PD

for all types of educators.

• Track your sites so you can share with others;

create Favorites and share with other staff

members.

• Utilizing the tools mentioned in this

session will help you create a PLN.

• How do I get a PLN? Once you begin

using the tools and sharing, it will create

itself.
