Funding
The big 6 film production companies don’t have any trouble with their funding. With them being conglomerates, they are able to market their films easily to a wide audience, making it easier for them to make a profit. With them being million/billion dollars companies, their distribution costs aren’t usually an issue. However some of the companies use each other’s for distribution so it’s a little cheaper for the main company and the other company gets some of the profit.
