BREAKFAST IN ROMANIA
Ingredients: ½ cup corn flour
2 cups water or milk Few tablenspoons Parmesan cheese(optional) 4 eggs Salt,pepper,paprika Smoked sausages(for serving)
Serves : 4 cups
Preparation: 1. Se make a polenta of corn flour and water/ milk and some salt.To not
make lumps in the water I put maize from the start, whenever the cold water,mix well and let it boil. When polenta is done( that hang on the walls of the vessel) have extinguished the fire and mixed parmesan.
2. In tray of muffins I have 4 forms anointed with oil.Polenta is available in
the form of muffis as you see in the picture below, using a spoon on a continous soak in cold water so you can shape the polenta on the walls,to give him the coup shape.
3. In each Break an egg cup.Season with salt,pepper and paprika. Se the oven until egg is done.Remove cups from helping you form a knife witch I
move along the cup walls to deface the form
