Rent: Rent will be Rs 6,000 (Rupees Six Thousand) per Seat per
Month for the Financial Year 2014 - 2015
Security deposit: Rs 6,000 (Rupees Six Thousand) per seat is to
be paid in advance
Service Taxes: As applicable
10% increment will be done each Year
Rental Includes: utilities such as (electricity, water) cost,
A/C, office housekeeping, security, internet, access to
meeting/conference room
Does not include: Computing Device (PC/Laptop), Phone,
Tea/Coffee/Snacks Limited parking is available at the basement
which can be used by your employees as per the availability
Termination: Each party will provide notice 1 month in advance
to the other
Rental Payment: Rent is to be paid by 1st of each month
Working hours: 9:30 PM to 6:30 PM IST Monday to Friday You may
use the office beyond normal working hours (such as the weekends)
with the understanding that A/C, cleaning services etc. might not
be available during this period and might have to be availed by
paying extra charges

Documentation: Agreement is subjected to providing necessary
documentation per Appendix A

Appendix A: Documentation Required
Proof of legal Business Nature and Conduct: Copy of Company
Registration or any such document that verifies the nature of
business that will be conducted from the premises
Identification Proof: Identification proof of any of authorized
person dealing on behalf of the company
