La lletra planteja un seguit de qüestions filosòfiquessobre la pau, la guerra, la compassió, la llibertat.
Gràcies a l’enfocament d’esperança amb que va tractar aquests temes, trascendentals i atemporals,
la cançó conserva la seva vigència més de 40 anys després...
