The students taking Online Scholarship Test at Classic IAS Academy for its various courses shall be eligible for the

Extra fee concessions upto 100% Apart from the regular offer of fee concessions :-

The Extra Fee Concessions offered by the Academy will remain valid till 10 days after conducting test.   No request

will be entertained in this regard after expiry of the scheduled time.  This offer of Extra Fee Concessions will

remain at the sole discretion of Classic IAS Academy.  The Academy can any time modify or withdraw the scheme

without assigning any reason to anyone and without any prior notice or information. Any claim by any person on fee

concessions will not be entertained.  All disputes are subject to the Jurisdiction of Delhi only.

ONLINE SCHOLARSHIP TEST By Classiciasacademy

The Royal commission on the Superior Civil Services in India under chairmanship of Lord Lee, Which submitted its report in 1924, recommended the setting up of the Public Service Commission. This led to the establishment of the first Public Service Commission on October 1, 1926 under the chairmanship of Sir Ross Barker. The Limited advisory function accorded to the Public Service Commission and continued stress on this aspect by the leader of our freedom movement resulted in the setting up of a Federal Public Service Commission under the Government of India Act, 1935. The Federal Public Service Commission became the Union Public Services Commission after Independence and it was give a constitutional status with the promulgation of constitution of India on January 26, 1950.

Earlier separate exams were conducted for various Civil Services. The combined entrance for the all the Civil Services and system of preliminary examination was introduced in 1979

The Civil Services examination is conducted by the UPSC in three stages:- Civil Services Preliminary Examination-CSP (Normally held in mid of May

every year) Note : CSAT (Civil Services Aptitude Test) may introduced from 2011 as PMO approved it. 

Civil Services MAIN Examination-CSM (held in Oct-Nov every year) Personality Test (held in Mar-Apr every year) 

Note : Candidates who have passed Civil Services Preliminary Examination will be Eligible to appear in mains Examinations
