Lives not knives UpdateWe messaged this organisation on Facebook who responded to us, within the space of 2 days, agreeing to be interviewedAlso requesting if they could use the visual document once its finishedI said yes this would be possibleWe visited the LNK Unit in Centrale Shopping Centre in Croydon on Tuesday 25th February 2014 @2pmThe founder of LNK Eliza Rebeiro spoke with us and answered a few questionsShe also gave us leaflets detailing more information about the various different things LNK are involved in

Aims, Objectives and Future DoingsThe aim of this audio document is to raise awareness for this youth community-based organisation on the topic of prevention of youth crime and violenceAnd to encourage and urge young people to not turn to violenceTo, in some way, avoid violence in every way by teaching children from early theres other ways to deal with bad situationsTo decrease youth and gang-related crime within Croydon by exposing this organisation to the public and get more supportThe step-by-step objectives of how this overall aim will be achieved includes:Interviewing Eliza againMeeting with other workers in LNK including LNK mentorsGoing to one of the schools with LNK; meeting other youths etc.Attending one of their upcoming events (Music Centrale, Croydon and Bromley Roadshows and their drama production called Kim Cos Tim)
